SNL’s Aidy Bryant is ‘Confident’ as Sarah Huckabee Sanders

On this week’s Saturday Night Live, Aidy Bryant brought new life to her Sarah Huckabee Sanders impression in the style of Demi Lovato’s “Confident.”

The sketch began in the White House press room as press secretary Sanders gave overly confident excuses dismissing Trump’s connection to the men who were indicted last week. “This has nothing to do with the White House, OK?” she said. “And we barely even knew these guys. They were like interns or volunteers or carnies just making their way through town, one night only.”

Sanders then broke into a parody of Lovato’s hit song, singing, “I used to hold my freak back, now I’m letting go. I make my own choice. Bitch, I run this show. So leave the lights on. No, you can’t make me behave.”

“What’s wrong with being, what’s wrong with being, what’s wrong with being confident?!”
