On Thursday’s Daily Show, Jordan Klepper found out what it takes to become a good guy with a gun. Trevor Noah began the segment (video below) by saying, “Guns. Can’t live with them, can’t live without them. I mean, unless you live in Australia or England. And so—or well, oh, Italy or Japan. Anyway, the point is—oh well Denmark, or Luxembourg…” After the San Bernardino shooting, people lined up out the doors of gun stores to buy new fire arms. “This is so confusing to me,” says Trevor. “So, people get shot, and so people go out and buy guns. I don’t understand why people aren’t buying bullet proof vests. How is that not on the top of everyone’s Christmas list?” Trevor brings Jordan Klepper on to investigate what it takes to stop a bad guy with a gun by becoming a good guy with a gun. The answer: a lot more than eight hours of training.
